Longevity and Quality
The main permanent lighting system we install is an aluminum track based system which is designed to keep the lights out of the elements and hides the wires all while blending in with the color of the home. This system is designed to last 10-20 years when properly installed and maintained and the lights and track can be repaired very easily
The other permanent lighting option that we install is screwing in each individual light onto the home. This system leaves the lights and the wires exposed to the elements and visible during the day. This system lasts 4-8 years on the home and is a less expensive lighting option.
